Women in Tourism Indonesia, with the US Embassy and YSEALI, helped women-owned and women-empowered small business owners reset their entrepreneurial learning to scale their business. We learned their challenges closely and held 1:1 mentorship with each of them to navigate post-pandemic changes and polish their ways of working.

We treat each travel and tourism small business as its own unique entity — discussing their motivation as entrepreneurs, pricing strategy, marketing strategy, and sales distribution, and ending the coaching with pitching strategies that showcase their values and impact for future investments. When it comes to their future journey, we don’t ask and lead them in strategies — we co-create.
