WTID collaborates with Balai Taman Nasional Komodo (BTNK) through the IN-FLORES Project to strengthen the tourism ecosystem by promoting Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and fostering Safe and Respectful Workplaces. The initiative brings together tourism operators, government agencies, local communities, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to build a tourism sector that is not only environmentally sustainable but also socially inclusive, ensuring that women and marginalized groups can participate, thrive, and contribute meaningfully to the future of tourism in Labuan Bajo.
